Car service from Connecticut: routes, times and fares
Southwestern Connecticut sits on the I-95 and Merritt Parkway corridors into New York. From Greenwich, LaGuardia is about 33 miles; from Fairfield it is closer to 50. Westchester County Airport (HPN) is also 10 to 20 minutes from the state line for domestic flights.
About Newark arrivals and departures
Newark Liberty has terminals A, B and C; Terminal A was replaced in 2023, and Terminal C is United's hub. Arrivals pickups are on the lower level of each terminal. For international arrivals into Terminal B or C, allow for passport control before you call the chauffeur. Newark traffic is decided by the New Jersey Turnpike and, for New York trips, the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel — the chauffeur picks the crossing on the day.
