What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track airport arrivals. A delayed flight does not change the quoted fare under the stated airport pickup policy.
How long does the driver wait?
Airport arrivals include 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights or 60 minutes for international flights; other pickups include 15 minutes. Extra waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Are tolls and gratuity included?
The quoted all-in fare includes tolls and standard gratuity. Confirm your final quote before booking.
Can I request a child seat?
Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the type when you request your quote.
When can I cancel?
The planning policy is free cancellation up to 4 hours before sedan and SUV pickup, or 24 hours for a Sprinter; late cancellation is 50% and no-shows are charged the full fare. Confirm the policy in your booking.
How much luggage fits in a sedan?
An executive sedan typically fits 2 large and 2 carry-on bags with up to 3 passengers. A full-size SUV typically fits up to 6 large and 4 carry-on bags with up to 6 passengers.
How do I get my first-ride discount?

How long does the driver wait?
How much free wait time do I get?
60 minutes after landing on international arrivals, 30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 15 minutes on all other pickups. After that, waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Are tolls and gratuity included?
Yes. Every fare we quote is all-in: base fare, tolls and standard gratuity. Airport parking is included for curbside pickup; meet-and-greet inside the terminal is a $25–40 add-on.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every inbound flight and adjust the pickup time automatically. A delay does not change your fare, and your free wait time starts when the aircraft lands, not at your original booking time.
Sedan or SUV — which should I book?
A sedan seats 3 passengers with 2 large bags and 2 carry-ons. An SUV seats 6 with up to 6 large bags, for roughly 35–40% more. If you have more than two large suitcases, or a car seat plus luggage, book the SUV.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes, free of charge. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available, and must be requested when you book so the chauffeur arrives with the right one fitted.
